“Criaturas Fantásticas”

(Paderborn, 2022)

In this project I let my imagination flow in the creation of some whimsical lamp-creatures. The mediums used were foam clay, beads, yarns, acrylic paint, foil ribbons, among others. My goal was to bring a fun and uncommon look to a rather common object of our daily lives.

These LED lamps-creatures are around 52cm tall and their structures are bendable at the top. This way, you can interact with them, co-creating with me through the shapes you make.

They have 3 light brightness levels, which can be switched by touch. They work with batteries but can also be charged with cable.
